Ms. Wong has extensive Corporate and Securities regulatory experience, advising clients on Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC, NASDAQ, OTS and FDIC regulations, equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting and general corporate law. She has filed many forms under the 1933 and 1934 Securities Acts, such as Forms 14A, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-3, S-4, and has handled SEC comment letters. She has worked directly with Corporations and Boards of Directors to ensure regulatory compliance.
