Julie Motes, Managing Director, Distressed Property Division
Ms. Motes has been involved in the mortgage foreclosure industry in Florida since 1983. She has managed and directed all aspects of the foreclosure process, including representing the Plaintiff’s at the foreclosure sale auctions in Miami-Dade County, Florida. During her tenure as Director of Operations for a large foreclosure firm, Ms. Motes was able to share her expertise with the Lender’s staff providing them with information which enabled the Lender’s staff to meet all governmental timeframes and costs.
Ms. Motes was approached by several clients to consider expanding their operations to other states in order for the Lenders to receive the same quality service as provided in Florida under her management. In order to accommodate the clients’ requests, offices were opened in the States of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and New York. In addition, she was responsible for the networking of 50 law firms nationwide, in order to monitor all foreclosure cases for her clients. This service was not simply limited to foreclosures, but also extended to Bankruptcies, Deeds in Lieu, Pre-Sales (n/k/a Short-Sales), Evictions and other REO Services.
Currently, Ms. Motes serves as the Firm’s Managing Director of the Distressed Property Division where she performs the same high volume quality work while providing her clients with the expertise as she has acquired from working 25 years in the foreclosure industry.
