Mrs. Winter heads our REO Services Department. Prior to joining CPG Law, she worked at BankUnited, FSB, where she led and rapidly expanded the BankUnited REO department. In that management role, she successfully implemented an incentive plan, a strategic marketing plan, and forecasting and sales goals for the REO department. She was instrumental in contracting for and disposing of a large quantity of REO properties throughout the United States.

Over more than a decade, Mrs. Winter held other positions with BankUnited. As Senior Vice President, Alternative Delivery Channels, she dealt heavily with marketing the Bank’s customer service network. She also served as BankUnited’s Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, the Vice President, Investor Relations, and as Vice President, Website Management. Mrs. Winter was BankUnited’s Corporate Communications Officer and worked in other capacities in BankUnited’s marketing department.

She served as a director of BankUnited Financial Corporation from August 2004 until October 2008.
