Marc Lipsitz, Director

Mr. Lipsitz has worked for over 30 years in banking, real estate law (purchase and sales, real estate development and real estate lending), commercial leasing, corporate law and general business law (including acquisition and sales of business asset portfolios), and creditor’s rights and insolvency law. He has extensive experience in completing commercial real estate transactions, including individual loans as large as $250 million, and has worked over his career on transactions totaling in the billions of dollars. His many real-estate representations have involved acquisition, development and construction loans, have included representing both borrowers and developers in the sale, acquisition and financing of shopping centers, office buildings, warehouses, condominium projects, PUD’s, and complex acquisition and development loans of every kind. He additionally has a substantial background in asset based lending of all kinds, including mortgage warehouse lines. Mr. Lipsitz has also experience in doing vast restructurings of commercial real estate loans for commercial properties, solving the challenges incumbent in a difficult market. He has also worked as General Counsel to various financial institutions and has also practiced as a Certified Public Accountant.
