Step 3: Drafting

Our lawyers will draft your documents using your answers to the questionnaire. We'll then send you a copy of the Will printed on special anti-aging "jurat" paper. We'll contact you to set up a video conference call with the lawyer that drafted your Will, and answer any questions you have.

Step 2: Answer Some Questions

We'll have you answer an online questionnare. It can be completed in as little as 15 minutes. Submit your payment when you submit your answers.

Step 4: Execution

During the video conference, you'll sign the Will while the lawyer witnesses your signature. Using the pre-paid return label, you send your executed Will back to us. We sign the original as witnesses, store it for you in our physical Will Vault, register it to the electronic Will Vault, and provide you a second copy for your records.
