We do Landlord and Tenant Disputes.

All residential (i.e. non-commercial) tenancies in Ontario are governed by the Residential Tenancies Act ("Act"). The Act is a large piece of legislation, but it generally covers three important aspects of the landlord-tenant relationship: (1) The Lease; (2) The Landlord's Rights and Responsibilities; and (3) The Tenant's Rights and Responsibilities.
